Who is EBO suitable for ?

EBO is mainly suitable for people who have cats, but also for people who feed small pet dogs. Of course, with its flexible "free-walking" mobile surveillance, remote two-way voice, and other features, EBO is also ideal as a home robot for the elderly and children.

What is the difference between EBO SE and EBO Air？

EBO SE is our standard version which can cover most of your needs, and EBO AIR has more fun and intelligent features. EBO AIR has the following major functional upgrades compared to EBO SE: AI intelligent monitoring security, AI intelligent companionship for pets, laser pointer and feather remote teasing for pets, more quiet movement, intelligent detection of front anti-drop, etc.

How high of a carpet or threshold can EBO cross? ?

EBO Air and EBO SE can cross capets or door thresholds up to a height of about 0.5cm-0.6cm.

Is EBO waterproof?

EBO Air is not waterproof. It is recommended to keep away from water or being splashed with water during operation. If water accidentally enters the EBO, please turn EBO off immediately (press the RESET button at the bottom 2 times), then remove the wheel-set and dry it with dry wool/paper towels, or a hairdryer if possible, and make sure to wait until it is completely dry before switching on and recharging.

Does EBO require regular maintenance? Is it complicated？

Yes, EBO requires regular maintenance. It is not complicated and can be done in less than 5 minutes. EBO is a free-moving home companion robot and it is inevitable that human and pet hair will get stuck on its "feet" as it moves around the house. It is recommended that after a period of use, remove the wheels and clean the hair/dust with the instructional video.

What should I do if my kitten is timid and scared of EBO?

This is very normal. After all, EBO is a "new" member of the family thus the cat will feel unfamiliar when it sees it. To avoid frightening the kitten, you can control it a little softer and slower in the early stage, so that the kitten can slowly adapt. At the same time, you can use the EBO function to tease the cat and interact with it, and you can also talk to the cat remotely to let it know it is your voice so it can gradually adapt.

What should I do if my puppy bites the wire?

This is a normal phenomenon. Puppies are naturally inclined to chew things. For safety reasons, it is recommended that the cord be bestowed and hidden during installation. At the same time, a slightly larger dog may pick up EBO with its mouth, which may lead to falling damage, so if you happen to have a dog, please pay attention.

Will the laser of EBO Air hurt the pet's eyes?

1. When the EBO Air laser is turned on, the laser shines on the ground to attract the cat to interact. Skills such as turning around may pass through the cat's body very briefly and the cat's reaction is not so fast. Under normal control, it will not shine into the air or directly into the cat's eyes. 2. EBO Air's laser is of < CLASS 1 > grade after laser safety certification, which is safe under all normal use conditions and will not cause damage to the human body or skin under any conditions. 3. EBO Air's laser is irradiated through the semi-transparent shell of the machine, and the light intensity will be weakened again.
